I am a newly qualified personal trainer that has a goal of serving the city of Cape Town through physical development.
I worked on the Woolworths Educational Programme, teaching over 30 000 kids in the Cape Town metro about Health and the Environment.

I love training student athletes. I structure my lessons around getting students to be comfortable and strong in controlling their bodyweight first before we even get to interacting with weights.
I believe that having that strong foundation first will give you a greater chance of preventing injury when you start working with weights.
