About Jared

I am a personal trainer and MMA fight coach. I have been practicing mixed martial arts for 10 years and fought in MMA, Muay Thai and Boxing promotions in the UK. I have coached many people with many different goals. Some want to fight competitively but others just want to get fit. I have a class for everyone.
