About Jordan
Hi, I’m Jordan, a qualified Personal Trainer with over 19 years of experience in fitness, bodybuilding, weight loss, muscle toning, and overall health improvement.
Fitness has been a major part of my life for nearly two decades, and throughout that time I have gained extensive knowledge and practical experience in helping people achieve a wide range of goals, whether that’s building muscle, losing weight, improving fitness levels, increasing confidence, or creating healthier lifestyle habits.
Alongside my fitness background, I have worked in mental health for over 11 years, supporting individuals with their wellbeing and helping many people use exercise as a positive tool to improve both their physical and mental health. This experience has given me a deeper understanding of the challenges people can face and the importance of providing encouragement, patience, and personalised support.
I have also experienced my own mental health challenges, which has strengthened my belief in the powerful connection between exercise, wellbeing, and self-confidence. Because of this, I take a compassionate and understanding approach, creating a safe, supportive, and judgement-free environment for every client.
My passion is helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident, regardless of their starting point. Whether you are completely new to fitness or looking to take your training to the next level, I will work with you to create a realistic and sustainable plan that helps you achieve lasting results.

My approach as a tutor is centred around building confidence, creating a supportive learning environment, and tailoring every session to the individual. As a qualified Personal Trainer and Mental Health Practitioner, I understand that everyone learns differently and progresses at their own pace. My goal is to help students feel comfortable, motivated, and empowered to achieve their personal fitness and wellbeing goals.
My teaching method combines practical instruction, clear explanations, and ongoing encouragement. I break down exercises and concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps, ensuring students understand not only what they are doing but why they are doing it. I focus on developing sustainable habits, improving technique, and building both physical and mental resilience.
A typical lesson begins with discussing the student’s goals, current fitness level, and any challenges they may be facing. Sessions may include warm-ups, technique coaching, personalised workouts, goal setting, progress tracking, and advice on lifestyle, motivation, and wellbeing. Every lesson is adapted to suit the individual’s needs and objectives.
What sets me apart is my combined expertise in fitness and mental health. I recognise the strong connection between physical activity and emotional wellbeing, allowing me to support students in a holistic way. I provide a positive, non-judgemental environment where individuals can build confidence, improve their health, and develop a healthier mindset alongside their fitness journey.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate learners, and anyone looking to improve their fitness, strength, confidence, motivation, or overall wellbeing. Whether you are starting your fitness journey for the first time, returning after a break, or working towards specific health and fitness goals, I will provide personalised guidance and support throughout the process.
