level 3 personal trainer and sports massage therapist I run my own small business for the past 3 years,
I love teaching and seeing students grow.
i have taught numerous personal training clients to get fit, lose weight tone up and build muscle.
and have many massage clients that return on a regular basis due to great knowledge and customer service.

I believe that teaching is a personal thing and each person learns in different ways i enjoy finding that way and connecting with the student and watching them learn. I also enjoy teaching groups as the group atmosphere can be electric and some student excel in this situation.
