About the lesson

As a passionate and certified Mandarin tutor, I tailor each lesson to fit the unique needs and goals of my students. My approach combines clear, structured instruction with engaging, real-life communication practice. I focus on building a solid foundation in pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar, while also helping students gain confidence in speaking and understanding Chinese through interactive activities, role-plays, and cultural insights.

A typical lesson with me lasts 50 minutes and includes a balanced mix of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. I use visual aids, games, storytelling, and authentic materials to keep classes both effective and enjoyable.

I hold a Primary School Chinese Language Teaching Certificate issued in China and have over two years of full-time teaching experience, along with several years of teaching internships during my undergraduate studies in Education.
