About Mitul
I’m not another PT chasing six-packs
I’m a working dad, balancing long hours, family life, and everything in between. I know how hard it is to prioritise your health when life is already full, that’s why my approach is built for real life
I’ve been where you are; stuck, inconsistent, and following plans that didn’t fit.
Everything changed when I focused on small, consistent actions not extremes.
That’s why I created Momentum Method Lifestyle Coaching a simple, sustainable system that helps busy people get in shape without sacrificing their work or family life.
My Story
Late nights, drinking, smoking, and takeaways were once my normal until I hit 89.2kg, became a dad, and knew something had to change.
No quick fixes. Just a lifestyle shift that actually fits real life.
Now I help others do the same.
