Alice is a very supportive and caring person. She sees the best in every student and helps them to reach their potential. She makes the learning engaging and easy to grasp.

I worked alongside Alice in Year 4 and really enjoyed being part of her classroom. She is a caring and dedicated teacher who always puts the children first. She has a lovely way of making children feel comfortable and confident, even when they are struggling with something.

Alice was particularly good at adapting activities and explaining things in different ways so that every child could access their learning. She knew her pupils really well and always recognised when a child needed a little extra encouragement or support.
