About Katie
I am a qualified geography teacher and have been teaching for the past year at two secondary schools, where I taught individuals, small groups and large classes. I studied geology at university to masters level and have worked as a geo-technical engineer.

I am happy to help students from year 7 to year 11 catch up on any geography or geology work they have missed over the past few months! I would also be happy to help any undergraduates studying geology or physical geography. I approach all lessons with a warm up (starter) to get you into the lesson and remind you of what we learned last time. From this we'll approach the new topic, this will mostly be done by me feeding you information and you applying it to a task. Sometimes I might ask you to research a topic and then teach me, as this will help it stick in your memory better!
