About Aleksandra

Hi! I’m a friendly, enthusiastic and experienced EAL/ESOL teacher with an MA in TEFL and a genuine passion for helping people feel confident using English.

Over the years, I’ve worked with children, teenagers and adults from many different countries, cultures and linguistic backgrounds, from complete beginners to more advanced learners. One of my greatest strengths as a teacher is my ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly. I’m naturally bubbly, approachable and encouraging, and I believe people learn best when they feel relaxed, understood and comfortable enough to make mistakes.

I particularly enjoy working with learners who want to build their confidence in speaking and communicating in real-life situations, as well as students who need more structured support with grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing or academic English.

My lessons are adapted to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all programme. I take time to understand how you learn, what motivates you and what you want to achieve, and then build our lessons around you.

Most importantly, I want English lessons to be something you look forward to rather than something you have to get through!

Hi! I’m an experienced and highly qualified EAL/ESOL teacher and English language specialist, with an MA in TEFL and extensive experience teaching children, teenagers and adults from a wide range of linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

But qualifications are only part of what makes a good teacher.

I’m naturally bubbly, positive and approachable, and one of my biggest strengths is my ability to build genuine rapport with my students. I want you to feel comfortable speaking English with me – even when you make mistakes! In fact, mistakes are welcome. They're how we learn.

My lessons are friendly and relaxed, but they always have a clear purpose. I adapt my teaching to you – your current level, personality, interests, learning style and, most importantly, what you actually want to achieve.

I have extensive experience working with learners from many different countries, cultures and educational backgrounds, including students who arrive in the UK with very little English. I understand that learning a language isn't simply about memorising grammar – it's about developing the confidence to actually use it.

My teaching style is energetic, encouraging and personalised. No two students are the same, so no two learning programmes should be identical either.

Whether you're a parent looking for specialist EAL support for your child, an adult who wants to feel more confident speaking English, or a student who needs to improve academically, we'll start with your goals and build our lessons around them.
