I rely upon my work in professional performance to share my experience and knowledge with learners, this is intertwined with my qualified teacher training to best ensure learners can thrive. I understand that confidence and feeling safe is vital when encouraging learners. The learners within my lessons are encouraged to share and contribute to the class discourse in an open and safe manner. They are encouraged and rewarded for their input and a happy, safe learning environment is created through fun, targeted lessons curated with the specific learner goals in mind. I am a confident and supportive character who creates classrooms that people thrive within through my positive and engaging presence. I foster positive relationships which support my learners, allowing them the freedom and confidence to contribute within the class, this is backed up by my commitment to the highest standards of expectation for learners. All lessons are devised through adaptive resource development, I cater lessons specifically to each child depending on needs and strengths at all levels, including SEN. I have a keen interest in reading and use this to support deeper learning and discussions within my class. This supports in allowing young people the freedom to engage deeper within topics.
