I am endeavour to aspire a love of learning in the children I work with.
I want children to believe that learning is an exciting opportunity,
where they are able to explore their
capabilities, be the best they can be and thrive under the guidance of caring and patient adults.
I am a fully qualified teacher with 8 years experience across the EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Following the completion of my Primary PGCE, I enrolled with a supply teaching company to better my knowledge and experience in a range of different teaching environments prior to starting my NQT year.
This allowed me to work in a number of different school settings (independent,
state, forest and SEND) and provided me with the opportunity to teach in every year group, delivering both curricular and extra-curricular lessons.
Supply teaching gave me the confidence to stand in a room
full of people of any age and deliver a passionate and engaging lesson.
I therefore feel comfortable with
both the KS1 and KS2 curriculum and am happy to teach across a range of different year groups.
