I'm an acoustic guitar teacher
I also teach music in schools around Worcestershire / Birmingham
I qualified from the University of Wolverhampton with PCGE in Secondary Music in 2015

My teaching method involves finding the most effective and time efficient way to learn, whether it be chord shapes, licks, picking methods, strumming patterns etc and starting slow; practise makes permanent! This usually involves targeting minute concepts, playing games and linking learning, (fuelled by my experience as a classroom music teacher).
The content I like to teach is a mix of RGT, my own mix of hand-picked exercises/pieces, as well as student suggestions. I enjoy getting to know my students and am happy to respond to any queries between lessons.

Oliver is a gifted and patient tutor, he was recommended through a friend of a friend. he goes through a series of steps and repeats them if i need to. Ideal for beginners. I'm learning a series of chords,rhythm and a little bit of theory.
