About Maoyona

Having recently finished my A-Levels, I am pursuing my degree in psychology and journalism, I’m a lover of the English language. I have a fair idea about how difficult it can be for some. But as long as we work together and give our best we can overcome those hardships. I want my students to learn and establish the English language in their daily lives, I will work tirelessly with them with anything they need.

About the lesson

I think it's important for students to feel comfortable and safe with their learning environment, I will push that forward with the lessons which will not only entail learning but also confidence building. My classroom will have authority but also the feeling of equality. I personally believe for conversion and creativity can help students grow as individuals that form their own opinions. English will be taught as a language and not as a subject and we will concentrate on the aspects of language learning, grammatical needs, reading, writing. etc.
