About Ellie
I earned my BA with a double major in Creative Writing and Religious Studies from Denison University in 2011. I earned my MFA in Writing and Poetics from Naropa University in 2015. I published my first full-length collection of poetry, salt of us, in 2019.
During my academic career, I worked as a writing tutor and coach in both universities’ writing centers, assisting students with a wide range of writing tasks including research papers, résumés, grant applications, creative compositions, portfolio statements, speeches, theses, and more.
