About Dylan
I am a writer myself. I'm out in the trenches, putting nose to grindstone, grinding my axe, and making my way. I'm reading, writing, studying, finishing pieces, doing readings of my work, and pushing forward. The lessons I have learned along the way were hard-won, and it is against my personal principles to offer a student any less than my authentic perspective on the best practices, techniques, and methods that yield me the most consistent results. In the interest of artistry, brevity, and candor, I'll spare you from having to parse an abominable absurd ad-libbed biography crafted through the use of articulate, benign, and charismatic jargon manipulated for you to inspire a bland confidence in my professionalism. I spend enough time doing that in my corporate publishing day job. For my true passions are the pursuit, study, and celebration of the musical and literary arts. The Japanese word Sensei does not translate to 'master' or 'teacher' as is commonly held; the word instead means: 'One who has gone before'
While I don't claim to know all of the answers, I am always glad for chance to pass on what I have learned to any dedicated student. If my passion speaks to yours, I look forward to hearing from you.
