About
I hold a bachelor's degree in psychomotor therapy and have several years of experience as a psychomotor therapist. In my work, I have provided individualized support to people of all ages, taking into account their psychological, emotional, physical, and social needs. I place particular emphasis on empathy and respect, as well as a holistic view of the individual. My experience allows me to combine psychomotor, body-oriented, and creative approaches with personalized guidance, adapting my methods to the specific needs and goals of each client.

My sessions combine psychomotor approaches with individual coaching, while also taking psychological and emotional aspects into account. The focus is on stress management, emotional balance, self-awareness, self-confidence, and personal development. Through body-oriented, creative, and psychomotor methods, I support participants in discovering their personal resources and developing practical ways to cope with everyday stress. Each session is individually tailored to personal needs and goals.
