About Ruby

I am a Psychology student at the University of Bristol. I achieved an A* in A Level Psychology and received A*'s and A's in my other A Level subjects. These include English Literature, Graphics Design and Health and Social but I have also studied Religious Education (A) and Spanish. I tutored other students in my class, whom of which all passed with good grades. I do have experience tutoring other subjects before too, and in one case the students predicted grade progressed from failing to a B. I have also completed work experience in schools.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is based on how the student learns best as everyone is unique in their learning style with a variety of motivators. I am happy to target specific areas a student may need, even if that is help with homework. I can provide additional help with effective note-taking, revision and how to structure answers. If students have trouble dealing with exam stress, I have definitely been there and am happy to share my coping mechanisms.
