About Phoebe
I am studying psychology at Sussex university, after receiving my A-levels in the summer; an A in Psychology and B in English Literature. I have never taught students professionally before, however, I tutored three Year 11 students in GCSE English literature whilst at sixth form. I also have mentored much younger children between the ages of 4-11 at a local primary school helping with, reading, writing and telling the time.

I am a very friendly, laid back teacher. I aim to tailor my approach to your needs making my lesson plans rather flexible and hopefully more enjoyable for you. I tutor up to a-level English literature and Psychology and have a passion for both of these subjects. With my help, I hope to enable you with three things: (1) the skills needed to obtain the grade you desire (2) more entertaining alternatives for revision (3) an additional piece of support to help grow your confidence in your ability.

Key stage 3 (ages 11-14)(Yr 6-9): £14 p/h
Key stage 4 (ages 14-16)(Yr 10-11): £15 p/h
At the moment, I only offer online lessons therefore I am not mobile so there are no additional prices for travel. I find students feel most comfortable in their own home as well as less shy as we're not face to face in person.
