About Riya
Hi there! I am Riya Bhadana, an Organizational Psychologist and a postgraduate in Psychology from University of Delhi. I am UGC NET qualified and aspire to become a Professor in the near future, hopefully. I have been in love with teaching and nurturing young minds like yours for the past 2 years. I like to teach in a didactic, mutually-enriching way as I aim to learn from my students as much as they learn from me. If you are someone who strives to learn, unlearn and take a deep dive into the world of psychology, I welcome you with open arms. Looking forward to build and share knowledge together!

Each class would be structured strictly according to the CBSE Syllabus.
The following pedagogy will be adopted:
1. Harvard Case Study method: To foster application- based learning
2. Breaking down complex concepts into simple parts using the Chunking method.
3. Psychological techniques to enhance memory will be taught to maximize deep understanding and minimize rote learning.
4. Special answer writing sessions to maximize exam efficiency and score higher marks.
5. PYQ-based thematic analysis and discussion of syllabus.
