About Prerna
I am a psychology postgraduate student interested in understanding the mind through both modern psychology and traditional knowledge systems like Indian and Buddhist thought. I try to look at human experiences with depth rather than reducing them to labels or quick solutions.
I am particularly drawn to working with students and young adults who feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure about themselves. My aim is to help you slow down, understand your inner patterns, and find clarity in a way that feels honest and meaningful.

I offer psychology classes that focus on clear understanding rather than rote learning. My teaching style is simple, interactive, and based on helping you actually understand concepts, not just memorize them. I connect topics with real-life examples so that psychology feels relatable and easy to grasp.
Classes usually begin with explaining key concepts, followed by discussion, examples, and practice questions to strengthen your understanding. I also help with doubts, assignments, and exam preparation.
These classes are suitable for school students and beginners who want to build a strong base in psychology and feel more confident in the subject.
