About Usha

Psychology educator with a strong foundation in child and adolescent development, experienced in working with neurodiverse learners. I use engaging, activity-based methods to simplify concepts, foster emotional awareness, and create inclusive, supportive learning environments that connect theory to real-life experiences.

About the lesson

My classes follow a structured flow. I generally start with a warm-up, concept exploration, and reflective application—making psychology engaging and practical. I use creative, activity-based and inclusive methods, especially for diverse learners. Designed for school students, my approach builds understanding, emotional awareness, and real-life connection.
