About Avantika
Hi, I’m Avantika, a psychology postgraduate student, educator, and mental health entrepreneur.
I founded a mental health initiative called Beautiful You, where I work with psychologists and run programs that make mental health education more accessible and engaging for young people. My work focuses on bringing psychology out of textbooks and into everyday life through workshops, community events, and educational programs.
Alongside this, I teach psychology because I believe it’s one of the most powerful subjects for understanding ourselves and others. My goal as a teacher is to make psychology clear, relatable, and genuinely exciting to learn.
