About Stephen

I am a dedicated educator, researcher, and coach with a passion for helping individuals grow intellectually and emotionally. With a strong background in psychology, philosophy, and transpersonal studies, I specialise in fostering critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and deeper understanding in my students and clients. Currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Transpersonal Psychology, my research focuses on enhancing therapeutic outcomes through the development of emotional, spiritual, and critical intelligence in therapists. About the lesson

I offer personalised tutoring in psychology and philosophy, tailored to students of any age, including GCSE, A-level, undergraduate, and adult learners. With an extensive background in Psychology, in clinical practice too, and years of experience in education and coaching, I bring both academic expertise and a deep understanding of human behaviour and critical thinking. My approach is interactive and student-centred, combining discussions, case studies, and critical analysis to deepen understanding. I use evidence-based techniques, including reflective practice and concept mapping, to foster intellectual curiosity and practical application of knowledge. Lessons are designed to build confidence, critical thinking, and clarity in complex topics. Length: 60–90 minutes, depending on your needs. Format: Online Materials: Custom resources, study guides, and exam preparation tools are provided. Currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Transpersonal Psychology.
