About Emma
After studying Psychology, English literature and Philosophy & ethics, I achieved A*AA in my A levels and am now a 2nd year student at university. I tutored English lit & Psychology during my last 3 years in school, helping kids to achieve up to 2 grades above their original predictions, e.g from a C to an A.
I’m passionate about psychology, very willing to lend a helping hand and I’m confident and bubbly, creating a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere whilst tutoring.

My teaching methodology is based around learning & revision tactics that I felt really helped me throughout my studies, whilst taking into account what the student feels works for them.
Using games to make it fun and interesting, colourful posters & mindmaps, flash card quizzes, patient break-downs of tricky topics and so on. My methodology is exciting, flexible and constantly changing to keep the students engaged
