About Gurpreet
I am a counseling psychologist, special educator, and clinical hypnotherapist with years of experience working with children, adolescents, parents, and adults across educational and emotional settings. My work has involved counseling, behavioral support, learning difficulties, emotional wellness, and helping individuals understand themselves better.
Over the years, I have realized that psychology is not just a subject for professionals — it is knowledge that can improve everyday life, relationships, communication, parenting, teaching, and self-awareness. Many people struggle silently with stress, confusion, emotional difficulties, or behavioral concerns simply because they do not understand how the mind works. My aim is to make psychology practical, relatable, and easy to understand rather than overly theoretical or intimidating. I want students to develop not only academic understanding, but also empathy, observation skills, emotional insight, and confidence in dealing with real-life situations.
