About Jenna

I am a 1st year student at Stellenbosch university after taking a GAP year in New Zealand.

I have my level 0 hockey coaching and umpiring certificate. I am a provincial player in both hockey, indoor hockey and tennis and I have a lot of playing experience, captaining numerous sides.

I have quite a lot of experience in individual coaching /small group coaching and this is where my passion lies, however I do also enjoy coaching teams. I continuously plan to gain and grow my experience. I want to share my love for hockey with everyone who plays. On my GAP year last year I coached the 2nd team girls hockey at a top private school in New Zealand, as well as helped run hockey program/clinics for a top club in my area whilst managing to balance and enjoy coaching individual sessions.

About the lesson

I am genuine, friendly and patient, and I have always enjoyed coaching as I have a really good understanding of hockey.

I tailor my lessons to each individual and work on techniques, and drills that will make your basics very solid. From there I will help make you stand out!

Throughout our coaching sessions (or from the first session), from my experience in both playing hockey and coaching hockey, I will gain insight into the areas which you need to work on and take it from there. We can also work on improving your strengths.

I enjoy coaching players from learning how to play hockey to ages 15.
I coach in English.

There may be an additional cost for the venue (Astro or Indoor hockey court) at your own cost.

Individual lessons: R270 pp
2 -3 person session: R170 pp
4+ people: R145pp

* package rates are for individual sessions. I am happy to talk about package rates for group sessions.

If travelling to coach at a location further away from my base, then I will ask to coach for a minimum 1,5 hours. (Discussed individually)
