About David

Hi! I’m a Computing student at TU Dublin, currently averaging a GPA of 3.94 out of 4.0. I’ve been programming for over three years, and I’ve had the opportunity to help others learn along the way. I’ve taught math and physics at Leaving Cert level and provided tutoring in computer science for 1st and 2nd year university students. My experience has helped me develop a clear, student-focused teaching style — whether you're new to coding or need help understanding advanced concepts. I also have a strong academic background in math and science, with H1s in Math, Physics, and Biology from my Leaving Cert. I'm friendly, reliable, and passionate about making complex topics easier to understand, one day hoping to be a university lecturer. If you're looking to improve your coding skills, get help with assignments, or just get started with programming, I’d be happy to help you on your journey!

About the lesson

I believe the best way to learn programming is by doing. My lessons are interactive, project-based, and tailored to your interests and goals — whether you're just starting out, working on assignments, or aiming to build your own apps.

How Lessons Work:

Each lesson is typically 60 minutes, but can be adjusted to suit your schedule.

We’ll start with a recap of the previous topic to reinforce learning.

You'll work on projects based on your interests, using your preferred language or languages most suited to your project goal.

I provide exercises and challenges that build your understanding of core concepts, made specifically for you, tailored to your pace.

Lessons can also be focused on college assignments, exam prep, or practical skill development

Optional home practice tasks are available if you want to keep building between lessons.

About Me:

I'm a 3rd-year Computer Science student at TU Dublin with over 3 years of programming experience.

I have experience in helping students at University level, through TUD, and have also taught other subjects at the leaving cert level
