About Sónia
I am a professional dedicated to personal development and supporting women through processes of change and transformation. My background in Neuroscience and Neurotherapy, combined with the experience gained through the creation and development of MAYA, allows me to integrate knowledge, reflection, and practical tools into my work. Above all, I value listening, respect, and the individuality of each person. Every woman has a different story, and therefore, I believe in close, personalized, and non-judgmental support. My purpose is to create a space where you can stop, look at yourself more clearly, and begin to build a more conscious relationship with yourself.

The sessions are individual and tailored to each woman's specific needs and circumstances. Through an approach based on self-awareness, guided reflection, and personal development practices, we work on beliefs, patterns, self-esteem, clarity, and change processes. Each session takes place in an environment of listening, respect, and non-judgment, allowing participants to identify what is limiting their well-being and create new perspectives. The sessions are primarily intended for women going through phases of change, new beginnings, or personal transformation who seek to better understand themselves and strengthen their relationship with themselves.
