• 1) When did you first develop a passion for music and your favourite instrument?

  When I was very young. My father was a singer and drummer. My favourite instrument is the voice!

• 2) Is there a particular type of music or artist that you listen to on a loop without it driving you crazy?

  I listen to all styles of music but I could listen to jazz all day long. Frank Sinatra maybe!

• 3) Explain to us the most difficult or riveting course you could personally give to a student of music.

  An intensive structure of vocal practise and exercises repeated daily. Physical work that will improve breathing and lung capacity.

• 4) What do you think is the most complicated instrument to master and why?

  The voice - it’s very complex and easily affected by so many external factors physical and emotional.

• 5) What are your keys to success?

  Discipline, hard work, persistence, ambition. Setting goals!

• 6) Name three musicians you dream of meeting in your favourite bar in the early hours of the morning. Explain why.

  Most are sadly dead and gone. Freddie Mercury, Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley.

• 7) Provide a valuable anecdote related to music or your days at music school.

  Imagine a world without music. Music is the only thing in the world that connects everyone no matter where you’re from or what language you speak. It’s key to unity and regulating emotions. It has the power to move people especially the voice!

• 8) What are the little touches that make you a Superprof in music?

  I have over 10 years professional experience but music has undoubtedly been apart of my whole life. I believe everyone has a voice that can be trained to a certain level, sometimes you just need someone to unlock that.
