About Tamil Diet
Hello! I'm Vijay Shankar, Founder of Tamil Diet Studio and a Professional Fitness, Weight Loss, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Coach from Tamil Nadu, India.
My passion for coaching began with my own transformation. I once weighed around 127 kg and struggled with obesity, low confidence, and an unhealthy lifestyle. Instead of looking for shortcuts, I committed myself to learning about nutrition, exercise, and healthy habits. Through consistency and real food, I successfully lost 55 kg naturally.
That personal journey became my life's mission.
Today, I have built a community of more than 60,000 people who are committed to improving their health, and I have observed and guided over 100,000 real-world weight loss journeys. Every person I have worked with has helped me understand that successful weight loss is not about perfection—it is about building habits that last.
I founded Tamil Diet Studio to make weight loss simple, practical, and sustainable for everyone. My coaching combines nutrition, fitness, lifestyle improvement, education, motivation, and accountability so that people can achieve real results without sacrificing their everyday lives.
