About Fabiana
I am a professional volleyball player with experience competing at a high level, offering private volleyball lessons focused on real improvement and long-term development. I approach coaching with professionalism, discipline, and attention to detail, ensuring every session is purposeful and effective.
I have worked with athletes of different ages and skill levels, and I adapt each lesson to the player’s goals, position, and current abilities. My training emphasizes strong fundamentals, correct technique, and confidence on the court.
I take my role seriously: sessions are well-structured, punctual, and prepared in advance. I create a focused, respectful training environment where athletes are encouraged to work hard, ask questions, and improve without fear of making mistakes.

Teaching Method & Techniques

Technical skill development (passing, defense, serving, attacking, footwork)
Position-specific training (especially libero, defense, and serve-receive)
Game-like drills to improve decision-making
Clear demonstrations, repetitions, and immediate feedback
I emphasize correct technique, consistency, and mental focus, always adjusting drills to the athlete’s ability.
