About Dorjee

I am a graduate from the University of Toronto, with a degree in Kinesiology. I have been playing basketball for 15+ years and have been coaching 7+ years. I work more with the youth and try to build a strong foundation for the future. Not only do I teach them basketball, but I also teach fundamental movement skills and physical literacy. I specialize as a basketball coach but have experience playing and coaching higher-level athletes in volleyball and ultimate.

About the lesson

I cater each of my classes to the individual. You would receive a better result from a 1 on 1 consultation as I can provide my undivided attention. I always have progressions and regressions to make any skill modifiable. I try to build a strong foundation first to set you up for success.

Dorjee is a great coach. I approached Dorjee with the task of coaching my younger brother to help him get some physical activity as well as improve his overall skill in Basketball. Dorjee created personalized lesson plans and drills to help him improve. My younger brother didn't find the coaching sessions with him boring either, he had a ton of fun while improving in skill as well. I would gladly recommend others' to hire Dorjee.

Dorjee has been a great basketball coach for our 8 year old daughter. He’s passionate and patient, and takes time to provide her with drills that are exciting and catered towards her skill level. She’s always looking forward to her practices, and loves to share about what she’s learned with him with us! Thank you Dorjee!
