About Charlene
As a professional I tend not to use complex jargon. I tend to provide students with clear and concise information when explaining English language as at times grammar can be confusing to many. I tend to strip back information so that the students understand how I can help, what each of us will do and how it will be achieved. Setting goals with students helps me understand and keep focused on the set aims of the students.Where I cannot support students , or it is out of my remit; I make the required referral or signpost the students to an organisation that can assist.
