About Thomas
I teach as a teacher of PSE in a primary school. I have been working in Paris since 2012 as a personal coach for weight monitoring, fitness, marathon preparations ... The results have been achieved for most clients following my programs seriously. I also worked in Teambuilding in several companies.

Graduated of a license STAPS sports training, a DU preparation physical and a State Patent in Athletics, I adapt the courses according to the requests of the customers, and the objectives (weight loss, fitness, preparation for an event, marathon, ...). My little extra is to always be there to motivate you and support you for the success of your goals! For my part, I practice triathlon, running and trail running.
