About Darya

I am a professional rhythmic gymnastics coach with a strong background both as an athlete and as a coach. I was a professional rhythmic gymnast for eight years, competing and training at a high level, which gave me a deep understanding of technique, discipline, and performance demands.
After completing my competitive career, I transitioned into coaching and have spent several years working as a rhythmic gymnastics coach and judge. This dual role allows me to guide my students with a complete perspective, combining correct technical execution, artistic expression, and competition requirements.
My teaching approach is professional, structured, and supportive. I aim to build confidence, consistency, and motivation in every student, adapting my methods to their age, level, and personal goals. Whether the objective is recreational practice, technical improvement, or competitive development, I provide clear guidance and constructive feedback.
My classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced and competitive gymnasts, and for children, teenagers, and young adults. Each student is encouraged to progress at their own pace in a positive and respectful learning environment.

About the lesson

My rhythmic gymnastics classes are based on a structured, progressive methodology adapted to each gymnast's level and goals. I focus on developing flexibility, coordination, strength and body and apparatus technique, always prioritising correct technique and injury prevention. Lessons combine technical exercises, choreography work, conditioning, and stretching, with clear explanations and demonstrations.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, although shorter or longer sessions can be arranged depending on age, level, and concentration capacity. Each class is carefully planned to ensure steady progress and motivation.
I am a professional rhythmic gymnastics coach with many years of experience, working with gymnasts from beginner to advanced and competitive levels. Throughout my career, I have trained students of different ages and backgrounds, helping them improve their technique, confidence, and performance.
