About Glynis
Although my Drama lessons are available for all; having lived in both Hong Kong and Tokyo, I am aware of how difficult the English language can be for those studying Drama who do not have English as a first language
• Competent all-round artist (dance, drama and musical theatre), teacher and workshop facilitator
• Over twenty years of performance and teaching experience in all disciplines
• Won great acclaim when reading in as Mary Warren in the NTS/TAG Theatre co-production of The Crucible
• Devised and taught workshops in a variety of genres combining dance, singing, movement and drama for over 20 years

Professional performer with BA(Hons) Performance 2009; Spotlight registered and full Equity member gives Drama lessons on Skype especially for international students of all ages where English is not the first language, or in person in Scotland. Also helpful for public speaking and building confidence in non-performers.

Glynis is a trustworthy teacher as she has helped me improve in my drama and become more confident. I have noticed a great deal of growth in my skills in drama as a result of her teaching me, I know if i need anything drama related or to just talk about something I am stuck with she is there to help.
Glynis helped me prepare for an audition for the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in approximately 2011. She offered excellent support and honest critique. As she is a Professional Artist I value her guidance and advice. I qualified for the first call back and I feel that her support went a long way in helping me to achieve this.
