About Rope Rage
I'm a jump rope coach, functional fitness trainer and author based in South London with over a decade of experience in jump rope, calisthenics and martial arts-inspired training.
I built Rope Rage as a training philosophy — the idea that skill, discipline and mental resilience are developed together, not separately. That philosophy shapes how I coach: sessions are focused, demanding and tailored to the individual, whether you're picking up a rope for the first time or looking to sharpen advanced technique.
I've worked with practitioners at all levels, from complete beginners to athletes using jump rope as a conditioning tool for boxing, martial arts and functional fitness.
I'm also the author of Redefining Rage, a training book covering skill development, technique and the mindset behind consistent progress.

I've been coaching jump rope for over a decade, working with complete beginners through to advanced practitioners looking to develop speed, footwork, boxing technique and double unders.
Sessions are available in person in London or online via Zoom — so location is no barrier. I tailor every session to the individual: whether you want to use jump rope as a fitness tool, develop martial arts-inspired footwork, or build towards specific skills like double unders or crossovers, we work on what matters to you.
My background spans functional fitness, calisthenics and martial arts, and I bring that breadth into every session.
I'm also the author of Redefining Rage, a training book covering jump rope technique, mindset and skill development.
Sessions suit all fitness levels and ages. No experience required — just the willingness to put in the work.
