Kruza Noah is an amazing jazz fusion drummer and a great teacher. I had the chance to study with him for a year, and during that time, I learned a lot about the fundamentals of drumming and rhythm. What I appreciated most about his teaching was how patient and adaptable he was. Even though I started as a beginner, he always made sure to explain things in a way that was easy to understand and progress felt natural.
His approach to jazz fusion, which can be quite complex, was surprisingly accessible. He didn't just focus on technique but also encouraged creativity and exploring new ideas, which made the lessons really enjoyable. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking lessons after a year, but everything I learned with him has stayed with me. If I get the chance to continue my studies, I would definitely want to work with him again. I'm really grateful for everything he taught me, and his influence on my drumming will always be a part of my musical journey.
