About Trey
I am a ex professional footballer who grew up playing in England for professional football club Queens park rangers where u gained my coaching badges. I then went on to play professional abroad in countries such as the USA, Australia and south east Asia. Throughout my career I worked with many professional sports science experts and picked up important skills from them. When I was not playing I taught PE/ sports in both secondary and primary schools. I also used to run private PT classes whilst living in Australia, working with professional athletes to individuals just trying to keep fit or lose weight

My session are very intense but enjoyable. These sessions are for beginners but also experts who want to maintain or build muscle. The focus throughout these sessions will be on full body work. No equipment will be needed also during our sessions together
