About Hannah
I have been a theater teacher in northern California for the past eight years, including virtually since 2020, working with age groups all the way from TK to adult. I currently am a full-time drama teacher in a public middle school while also offering private lessons, directing local productions, and acting and playwriting whenever I get the opportunity.

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all method for every aspiring speaker, so my style is to work with each student to define their individual goals and then tailor the techniques and exercises I introduce to match. I am especially practiced at teaching improv, lessons for children and teenagers, and working with brand-new actors, but thanks to my wide range of experience, I can offer something for anyone looking to expand their actor's toolbox. I offer a free consultation before hiring to go over goals and make sure you are confident in and comfortable with my plans to help you achieve them.
