I had an amazing day I had with Ian! What a privilege it was to spend over six hours with one of the top chefs in the country in my own kitchen being shown how to prep and cook a wide variety of delicious dishes. Ian was great company and really generous in his teaching style. It was fascinating to watch his skills up close and I learnt a lot during the course of the day.
And it was really good value for money too.

I’d thoroughly recommend Ian for anyone with an interest in good food and cooking. It was a really memorable experience and I’ll definitely be looking to organise another day with him. Thank you Ian!

Ian is a hidden gem!

I worked with Ian to build a cooking experience for my father as a retirement present. Ian devised a delicious and varied menu, and was a real expert in suggesting meals that were repeatable at home. He sourced all the ingredients himself, and was willing to travel to my Dad’s home. The experience itself was fantastic. Ian’s knowledge and personality can’t be matched, and my Dad had such a good time that he is considering doing another session.
