About Laure
I have tutored students in high school and college for the past 5 years in person and for the past 2 years online. I have taught general chemistry AP and Honors level for high school and general and organic chemistry plus biochemistry at college level. I have taught around 250 students.
I take a particular interest in each student I help. I have had students who remained in touch with me. It always makes me happy to hear they are succeeding. The results I have gotten are: better understanding of the subject, higher grades, and more self-confidence in passing the class successfully. I taught pre-med, pre-vet, chemical engineering, nutrition, nurses students.

I am a Ph.D. professional biochemist with over 10 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
My approach for helping people is clear thinking, which is the asking of questions to students aimed at developing logical reasoning and the applying of concepts for solving problems often found in exams. Besides clear thinking, I also give homework if needed and requested.
