About Polina

I am a professional ballet dancer performing in the theater. I graduated from the Dance Conservatory in Prague. Before ballet, I used to do rhythmic gymnastics in the professional sport school. I have big experience on stage and a lot of knowledge about how to effectively stretch and strengthen your body.
