About Maya
Hello everybody, my name is Maya. I started ballet when I was 3yo in Italy and I graduated as professional ballet dancer at 18yo at the Orlando Ballet Academy in Florida. I studied ballet with important ballet personalities such as Polina Semionova, Roberto Bolle , Larissa Lezhnina and other. I studied ballet in Italy and France until 16 yo then in United States to graduate.

My lesson will be a 1h/1.5h lesson. The first part of the lesson is focused on barre exercises, the second parte is focused on exercises without barre such as pirouette, adagio, small and big jumps. Ones per month a floor barre lesson to improve posture and muscle elasticity.
