Maxim met my teenage boys where they were at and was able to quickly identify areas they could develop, giving them great exercises in a pacey session that challenged them and helped them make progress. He modelled positivity and constructive energy and is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced teacher and has quite a strategic approach to nurturing emerging interest and skill. He is full of serious playfulness and built rapport and trust within moments. They have a bundle of fun takeaways which will be easy to put into practice even from the first session.
