Hello, I’m an Asian Games gold medalist in athletics. While I am currently training I’m venturing out into the coaching field to educate and build a strong community of people who understand the why’s behind sport and fitness. Most fitness programs are built around generic templates. Mine aren’t.
As an Asian Games Gold Medalist and Asian Championships Silver Medalist, I’ve spent years training at the highest level of sport. The methods I use are based on what elite athletes actually do and have worked.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all workouts. Every plan is tailored to your fitness level, goals, lifestyle, and progress. I’ll teach you the why behind every exercise, monitor your improvements, and adjust your program as you get stronger.
My goal is to help you build strength, confidence, and habits that last a lifetime.
