About Alexis
I am a Law student at the Externado University of Colombia thanks to Ser Pilo Paga, I recently participated in two international scholarships: The first in the city of Detroit with Wayne State University (2018) and the second with the United Nations in New York (2019) , in both awarded for my good performance and level of English. I completed 4 compulsory semesters of English at the University, given by the Instituto Colombo Americano. In addition to the language studies in high school, I completed another 4 semesters in an independent course in the city of Palmira where I learned it comprehensively in order to present the ICFES in 2015. Currently my level is between B2 and C1, and I work with an immigration lawyer's office in Houston, TX in charge of the entire area of translations of Latin clients.

I keep as a methodology an active and interactive participation at the moment of learning the language, be it starting with the phonetic structure of English or going directly to try to establish a fluent conversation with a person in different subjects. My basic documents are Cambridge books and the Touchstone with which I learned both before the baccalaureate and during the University. Among other documents collected personally. Depending on the level varies what could be taught and the form, which is quite versatile.
