About Stephen
My name is Steve. I am a Psychology and Sociology Tutor, with a B.Sc. in the Behavioural Sciences and an M.Sc. in the Applied Behavioural Sciences. I also have a PGCE Teaching qualification. The Behavioural Sciences is a joint degree in Sociology and Psychology. I have taught Psychology and Sociology to GCSE, A level, BTEC, Access to HE and undergraduate level, both within the classroom and in private tuition, whether face to face or online. My private tuition experiences have mainly been one to one with occasional group tutoring. The teaching styles I have used are varied with a combination of student and teacher centred approaches. Where possible, I make the lesson interactive, where students can relate the subject to their experiences.
