About Cinthia
I am a professionally trained chef and culinary instructor with over 20 years of experience in both fine dining and private culinary services. I studied at Le Cordon Bleu and have worked in high-level kitchens as well as with private clients, bringing a refined yet approachable style to my teaching.
Beyond the kitchen, I have taught cooking internationally through culinary programs designed to empower individuals and communities, shaping my ability to connect with students from all backgrounds and skill levels. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing me to work comfortably with a diverse range of clients.
My approach is warm, professional, and focused on helping each student feel confident, capable, and inspired in their own kitchen.

As a professionally trained chef with over 20 years of experience, I focus on teaching practical skills you can confidently apply in your own kitchen.
Each session is structured around real cooking—not demonstrations. You will learn techniques such as knife skills, flavor building, timing, and plating while preparing complete dishes inspired by global cuisines. I offer both in-home experiences and virtual classes, making it possible to learn wherever you are in the world. Classes are available in English and Spanish.
What sets my lessons apart is my combination of fine dining experience, global culinary teaching, and a personalized approach. I have taught in diverse environments—from private clients to international programs—so I adapt easily to different learning styles.
These classes are ideal for individuals, couples, or small groups who want a meaningful, elevated cooking experience while gaining real, lasting skills.
