About Vivienne

I have taught 15 children at primary school level and 40+ adults on a 1:1 basis. The majority of my students have improved their understanding of key skills: spelling & grammar, reading and comprehension.
All of my adult learners achieved level 2 English and Maths (GCSE equivalent).
All of my primary students improved attainment at KS1 and KS2 levels.

About the lesson

I have taught all age groups in primary schools whole class. I have worked with children in their own homes who have English as a second language.
I have experience in teaching looked after children on a 1:1 basis at school and at home at key stages 1 and 2 including SATS preparation.
I plan differentiated activities according to the individual's abilities and set SMART targets.
I use a variety of teaching methods: written and oral work; discussion and reasoning, computer activities on SKYPE/ZOOM.
